Cast from molds owned by Bar-Plate, the Steel Rule Puller is made of the best alloy steel forgings, properly heat-treated and tempered and then machine-finished. It has unsurpassed power grip and leverage built in. And the rounded bottom makes it easy to “rock” out the rule. Our Rule Puller can lift rule as close as 1/4″.
